Terms of Service
1. The "Pilot Program" Guarantee
Our "100% Refundable Activation Fee" guarantee is subject to the following condition: The Client must provide a valid database of at least 300 past leads or customers containing valid mobile phone numbers. If the Client provides a list smaller than 300 contacts, the performance guarantee is void, though we will still make every effort to generate results.
2. Payment & Refunds
The $100 Activation Fee covers software setup and initial telecommunication costs. Refunds under the guarantee must be requested within 7 days of the campaign completion. If we successfully book 3 or more appointments/jobs, the fee is non-refundable.
3. Limitation of Liability
BookingBlitzAI is a marketing service provider. We do not guarantee specific revenue amounts beyond our appointment booking guarantee. We are not liable for any business losses or interruptions arising from the use of our services.
